Thea Overseas Consulting (TOC) is a French expert consulting agency located in the Middle East, specialised in corporate structuring, high-profile residency and high-end P.R.O services. We support companies and individuals establishing themselves mainly in the United Arab Emirates and other GCC countries.
A few years ago, our founder, a foreign entrepreneur, decided to set up his own business in the Middle East. He was faced with the challenges of starting a company abroad as an expat, but strived through it by learning the rules and regulations of company establishment in the UAE, and decided to share this with individuals and corporations in a similar setup.
The UAE economy is strong, free and vibrant. Both the government and the local currency are very stable, which encourages foreign direct investment and creates a lucrative environment for businesses.
